Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Digital products such as printable resources, downloadable guides, and other digital materials are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once access has been provided. For this reason, refunds are not available for digital product purchases.

Books

Books from The Thriving Caregiver are primarily sold through Amazon or in person at events.

Purchases made through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies.

Bulk book orders or event purchases are handled separately through direct communication.
