The following terms apply to all bulk book orders.

Bulk Discount Eligibility

Bulk pricing is available for orders of 20 books or more.

Discount tiers may vary depending on the type of order, such as:

Retail bookstores purchasing for resale
Organizations purchasing books for caregiver support programs
Churches, hospitals, nonprofits, or community partners providing resources to caregivers

Pricing details will be provided upon request or included in your custom quote.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before books are shipped.

Orders will not be processed for shipment until payment has been received and confirmed.

Invoices may be paid using the payment methods specified on the invoice.

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping rates will be calculated based on the order size and delivery destination and will be shared with the buyer before shipment.

Shipping Timeline

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery after payment is received, unless otherwise specified.

Orders may ship sooner depending on inventory availability and fulfillment timing.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

Returns are accepted only for books that arrive damaged or defective.

Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at the email address below.

Replacement copies will be provided when appropriate.
